This program builds on the foundation of skills developed in Stable Relationships I. It offers youth the opportunity to build the self-awareness and relationship skills they have developed and apply them to building strong leadership abilities. Youth will interact with horses and teammates learning to effectively communicate and build trust to develop clear, calm and assertive leadership skills.
Youth will engage in hands-one activities with the following themes:
Who: Preference is given to participants who successfully completed Stable Relationship I in 2024 or spring of 2025 until June 1, 2025.
Dates: Wednesdays, July 9, 16, 30 & August 6. Group will not meet on July 23.
Time: 9:30 – 11:30 a.m.
Location: 3135 West 22nd Street, Kearney, Nebraska
Program Size: Limited to ten (10) youth.

Registration Fee:
All activities are completed in an out-door setting (corral and activity shelter). Closed-toed shoes are mandatory. No riding and previous horse experience needed.
Program value is $400 per individual. Thanks to our generous sponsors, the remaining costs have been covered by private donations and Snow Redfern Foundation.
