“Just calm down!” Easier said than done when emotions are ramping up. Ask any child. In this unique program, Mango (our resident equine emotional expert) will demonstrate to your child how he can learn to “Flip that Emotional Switch” through illustration (cartooning). Joselynne Gomez (with the help of Mango) will guide your child to recognize the signs of tension in his own body – breathe and relax to “flip that switch” to avoid the ultimate meltdown.
Joselynn Gomez, creator of this program, is a third-year student at the University of Nebraska at Kearney – studying Elementary Education. Joselinne has been a faithful volunteer for the past three years.
