Are you looking for a way to help your child shift to a positive mindset? Research shows simple gratitude exercises can help refocus our minds and bodies. Equine teachers create real-life scenarios to help your child go beyond lists of possessions to understand gratitude as a part of their day-to-day life.
Performing simple gratitude exercises allows us to develop a positive mindset to see life clearly. Our four-legged teachers will help your child understand that gratitude isn’t just creating a list of things to be grateful for but rather living in the present. Turning obstacles into “the best thing that ever happened to me!”
